With the practical double floor or subfloor solution, every last corner of the loading space can be used to its fullest extent. The XL drawers ensure a high load capacity and allow ergonomic loading and unloading of large or long goods via the rear or side door. The large subfloor drawers are covered with a Sortimo floor so that they can be flexibly combined with van racking, WorkMos and load securing concepts – for maximum loading space utilisation. Using this compact option we can create concepts that enable downsizing of the vehicle and save money in vehicle procurement.

The combination of Jumbo-Unit and floor panels offers the advantage of unrestricted use of the loading area in addition to large-volume stowage. There is room for van racking on the large-volume drawers.

With a raised floor solution in combination with optimally planned van racking, it is even possible to optimise the loading volume in such a way that downsizing to the next smaller commercial vehicle model is possible. This not only makes optimum use of the loading space, but also saves a lot of money.

Low weight The lightweight aluminium construction ensures a very low tare weight compared to sheet steel with a high payload.
Fuel and cost savings The lightweight design ensures savings in fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
Modern design Visual integration with the SR5 system completes the uniform look in the vehicle.
More storage space There is storage space on two levels: in the large-capacity drawers themselves and on the top panel above them. There is also room for an SR5 van racking.
Device for load­safety and SR5 The cover plate already has integrated ProSafe load securing points as well as connection points for an SR5 van racking.
Ergonomic loading and unloading Depending on the size, the drawer can be pulled out up to 90 % or even 100 %. This allows the contents to be removed or placed in ergonomically and conveniently.
Access from rear and side door Jumbo-Units can be installed both lengthways and crossways to the vehicle. This makes it possible to pull out from the side door and from the rear door.
High payload A large-capacity drawer can be loaded up to 100 kg, the surface load on the top panel (double floor solution) is up to 400 kg.
Useful accessories Tool mats and drawer dividers keep the large-capacity drawers tidy by preventing the contents from slipping.
