The concept of key account customers is very broad. First and foremost, service fleets come to mind. One example is the expansion of the fleet for thyssenkrupp, which we successfully converted again this year. Service fleets have a significantly large share in the key account business, but other sub-sectors from other industries and divisions of the key account business are by no means to be neglected.
These include, for example, special installations for mainline vehicles, industrial fleets, leasing companies and international fleets. The latter are looked after by our Global Accounts Team, whose trust is enjoyed by a large number of well-known customers.
These special installations enable us to adapt our shelving systems precisely to the wishes and needs of our customers.

This includes a customised adaptation of our SR5, Globelyst4 and, especially for the CEP sector, our FR5 van racking system.

At our Mobility Competence Centre in Zusmarshausen, it is possible to have the fleet expanded flexibly and reliably. You benefit from the fact that all the departments and contact persons you need are available on site. Whether it is design, marketing, logistics or production, everything is under one roof. This makes it possible for us to act quickly and professionally. However, the most important thing is to have a contact person who can offer everything from a single source.

Sortimo: Largest Fleet Conversion Centre in Europe
Sortimo International GmbH has built the largest service fleet conversion centre in Europe with a new building on the Zusmarshausen factory premises. On more than 5,000 m² there are now more than 50 conversion spaces available for fleet vehicles.
The new Fleet Conversion Centre is directly connected to Sortimo’s logistics and production, which guarantees a flexible and CO2-neutral material supply. Directly adjacent to the new building approx. 1,400 fenced parking spaces have been created which are well illuminated and monitored for CCTV. These are located on the A8 with direct truck access so that logistics can run efficiently 18 hours a day.
